With their built-in UV infection control system, there is no way their competition can come close to a more quality product.
It was clear that Apollo took great care in designing, manufacturing and producing quality care products and bathing systems. With a national sales team in the field, Apollo needed a website that assisted the sales team in educated potential buyers about the patented Ultraviolet purification system.
Refining and Building a Solid Brand Foundation
Apollo came to PressEnter with a site that was underperforming in many ways. The site was confusing to navigate through and customers were missing out on important information about the Apollo baths that really made them stand out from the competition. Most importantly, the site was difficult to update and maintain, preventing Apollo from announcing new products, features and discussing industry news.
Tools to Publish Content
For the Apollo redesign, we had to bring their bathing systems to the forefront as well as their patented options. We developed a content strategy that helped us determine where the website fits into their sales process for new customers and what tools need to be in place for existing customers. We separated each bathing unit into their own page, so that the customer can focus on one unit that best fits their needs. This allows us to better focus on what content is working and what still needs to be in place for the sales process. We also integrated an easy checkout service for existing customers to restock their inventory.
At the stage of development, we integrated the site templates into the proven ExpressionEngine content management system. As with all sites, we customized the backend to support Apollo's publishing needs. Since Apollo has an aftermarket product line, they needed an easy way to manage a product database as well as an order form for existing customers to order new inventory. We also setup a blog and events page so that Apollo can continually develop leads by educating the industry about UV technologies, discussing industry news and tackling any false ads by competitors.
